People who already know a space properly.

You know a sceneFootball, FPL, gaming, podcasts or creator culture. You follow it properly and you know who's worth a brand's attention.

You can talk to peopleMost of this job is reaching out to people who weren't expecting to hear from you, and being someone they want to reply to.

You finish thingsChasing, following up and keeping a deal moving when it goes quiet. That's the part that decides whether this works.

You have connectionsIf you already know creators, podcasters or people on the brand side, say so. That's worth more here than a CV is.

Email careers@pparlay.co.uk and tell us three things: what space you know, what you'd want to do here, and what you're looking to get out of it. A CV is fine if you have one, but it isn't the part we'll read first.

We'll be straight with you about where we're at and what we can offer at this stage, and you can decide from there. Everyone gets a reply either way.
